Our Masterclass Workshops, presented by Joanna Hall (Creator and Founder of WalkActive) are designed to be action packed, educational & most of all effective so that your body can feel the effects of WalkActive immediately.
Level 1: Technique & Posture
You will be taught the basic WalkActive technique by Joanna Hall, allowing for correct muscle recruitment and postural alignment. This is applied through 4 parts of the body: feet, hips, neck and arms. Enjoy an improvement in your posture in just one session.
You will be taught using specific skill layering methods, customised drills & you will get personalised feedback from Joanna on your efforts, so that you feel confident to implement WalkActive in your daily life.
Level 1 Technique & Posture is the first workshop in the WalkActive Foundation Series. Level 1 is for anyone and everyone and it is the starting point in your WalkActive journey. All our workshops combine theory and practice.
