Joanna Hall is one of the UK’s leading Diet & Movement Specialists, a regular on TV & radio, former resident fitness expert on ITV’s This Morning, published author, presenter, trainer, motivator & creator and founder of WalkActive.

With a First degree & Masters degree in Sports Science from Loughborough University, a Sports Medicine Intern from Virginia Mason Sports Medicine Clinic, Seattle and more than 20 year experience in the industry, Joanna has developed her “Intelligent Exercise” System, centred on delivering programmes that are results driven, scientifically proven and highly effective to help the individual enjoy real health, fitness, weight management & body shape change.
